ABC News put out the word that they were looking for people to post videos on their site in honor of Earth Day 2008. Here is my cringe-worthy post.

What do wind turbines, insulation made from denim jeans, whisper-quiet bathroom fans and Walmart have in common? They were all found at the Northeast Sustainable Energy Association conference and trade show this week in Boston.

Artist Bob Staake has produced a wonderful, iconic illustration for the Independence Day edition of The New Yorker magazine. He calls it “Bright Idea” and I love it.
